Compensation: $104,000–$140,000 base salary, overtime eligible after 40 hours/week, full medical insurance, PTO, 401K
Schedule: 5 days per week; full flexibility in schedule and travel is required

An Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth family based in Long Island, NY is seeking an exceptional Travel Butler/Personal Assistant to provide seamless, five‑star support across household, travel, and lifestyle needs. This role requires a polished, service‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and maintains the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. Flexibility to travel with the family is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands‑on personal assistance and butler-style service in the home and while traveling
• Maintain and care for museum-quality furnishings, specialty surfaces, and fine household items
• Oversee wardrobe care, including organization, packing/unpacking, and handling fine garments
• Prepare simple, healthy meals as needed
• Organize closets, cabinets, and storage spaces with precision and efficiency
• Support daily household operations and collaborate with other staff members
• Assist with scheduling, errands, and shifting priorities as family needs evolve
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all personal, business, and household matters
• Represent the household with professionalism, diplomacy, and a consistently positive attitude
Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper application on delicate or high‑value surfaces
• Experience caring for luxury garments and wardrobe maintenance
• Ability to prepare simple meals
• Exceptional organizational skills and a natural inclination toward order and detail

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a high-profile or UHNW employer, consistently delivering five‑star service
