Live-out Housekeeper needed in Austin, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with flexibility)

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour + Overtime (after 40 hours) + Benefits

Environment: Fully staffed, formal UHNW household

Position Overview

A family in Austin is seeking a professional, experienced Full-Time Housekeeper to join their fully staffed, ultra–high-net-worth residence. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a formal, multi-staffed household and is comfortable operating as part of a large team of 18. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-scale housekeeping and daily cleaning to maintain a pristine home environment

• Handle laundry, wardrobe care, and proper fabric/garment management

• Maintain organizational systems throughout the residence

• Collaborate closely with a large, established household team

• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Assist with additional household tasks as needed to support smooth operations

Requirements

• Must be local to Austin, TX - no relocation

• Previous experience working in a formal UHNW or fully staffed household

• Strong, verifiable references

• Willingness to undergo an extensive background check
