Compensation: $180,000 per year (combined) + Paid Vacation
Schedule: Live-in full-time, accommodations provided

Position Overview
A private couple with residences in Southampton, Manhattan, and Florida is seeking an experienced, service‑oriented Domestic Couple to join their long-term household team. This role is ideal for a pair who thrives in a fast-paced, high‑end environment and enjoys providing exceptional service across multiple properties. The couple values professionalism, teamwork, and a warm, respectful presence in their home.
This is a long-term, stable opportunity for a duo with extensive private estate experience and a strong history of working together.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Care
• Full-charge housekeeping across multiple residences
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and organization
• Maintaining a polished, well-run home at all times
Household Support
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and household stocking
• Light meal preparation and dinner service
• Assisting with household management tasks
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other staff
Requirements
• Must be local to the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) — no relocation candidates
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience working together as a Domestic Couple in a private estate
• Prior experience living on property in a previous role
• Strong knowledge of NYC and Hamptons lifestyle, vendors, and expectations
• Verifiable references demonstrating long-term stability and exceptional service
• Eligible to work legally in the United States
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and teamwork
