Rotational Nanny needed in the Bay Area, CA

Compensation: $140,000 annually, plus full health benefits and matching 401(k)

Additional Perks: Car provided for work use; private room provided initially, transitioning to shared nanny house

Schedule: Full‑time Rotational, typically 7–8 days on / 7–8 days off (occasional adjustments as needed)

Location: San Francisco, CA + Marin County during summer months

Relocation: Strong preference for Bay Area–based candidates; open to candidates originally from the Bay Area relocating back independently

Position Overview

A dynamic Bay Area family with very hands‑on, involved parents is seeking a highly energetic, active, and nurturing Rotational Nanny to join their household. This role requires a proactive team player with a collaborative, can‑do attitude who thrives in a family‑oriented environment. The nanny will work closely with other household staff and must be comfortable in a structured, fast‑paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a nurturing, education‑focused, and safe environment for the children

• Perform all child‑related tasks, including occasional driving

• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities, routines, and outings

• Collaborate with housekeepers and other staff to ensure smooth household operations

• Support family travel and adapt to changing schedules as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant experience caring for multiple children

• Ability to swim and drive

• Flexible and comfortable with a rotational schedule

• Willingness to travel with the family

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working for UHNW or high-profile household

• Strong, verifiable long-term references

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to undergo an extensive background check
