Compensation

Schedule

• School year: Monday–Friday, 12pm–8pm

• Longer days on school breaks: 10am–8pm

• Late nights 2–3 times per week and occasional weekends

• Summer: Live-in, Monday–Friday in the Hamptons

Position Overview

A busy and loving family is seeking a highly energetic, active, and structured Full-Charge Nanny to care for three children—a toddler and two school‑age. The ideal candidate is fun, cheerful, and able to maintain a consistent routine and structure while keeping the children engaged and active.

The family has a driver, so no driving is required. There are no pets in the home. A Housekeeper is also employed, allowing the Nanny to focus primarily on childcare and child‑related tasks.

This role includes domestic and international travel, so a U.S. passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-charge care for three children (toddler + two school-age girls)

• Plan engaging, active, and age‑appropriate activities

• Maintain structure, routines, and boundaries

• Prepare light, healthy meals for the children

• Handle light child-related laundry and organization

• Support after-school routines and homework

• Coordinate with the family’s driver for transportation needs

• Travel with the family domestically and internationally

• Live-in Monday–Friday during the summer in the Hamptons
