A private Family Office is seeking a highly qualified Executive / Personal Business Assistant to join their team. This role offers meaningful exposure to high‑level business operations, real estate holdings, and legal matters within a sophisticated Family Office structure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to senior principals
• Assist with real estate transactions, documentation, and property management coordination
• Support legal‑related tasks, including reviewing documents, preparing summaries, and liaising with attorneys
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and daily schedules with precision
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support business initiatives as needed
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow‑through on action items
• Assist with personal tasks, projects, and household‑related needs as required
• Maintain a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach in a dynamic environment
Requirements
• Law degree or Business degree (required)
• Proven experience working in real estate and legal environments
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant supporting senior‑level principals
• Strong understanding of complex business operations
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential, and time‑critical matters
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to shifting priorities
Excellent references from prior long-term employment
Must be local or lives nearby
