Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with weekend availability during summer months
Compensation: $130,000 annually + full benefits package
Position Overview
We are assisting a private client in Armonk, NY in their search for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care, cleanliness, and organization of a formal private residence. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail‑oriented, and accustomed to maintaining the highest standards of household presentation and service. This is a long‑term position for a professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a refined, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Perform detailed housekeeping, including care of fine furnishings, surfaces, and specialty materials
• Manage household laundry, including care for delicate and high‑end garments
• Oversee household inventory, supplies, and restocking
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other household staff as needed
• Assist with meal prep, light kitchen support, and general household tasks
• Ensure guest areas are prepared to a five‑star standard
• Provide additional support during family visits, events, or seasonal needs
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Team player, and comfortable taking directions and instructions
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
• Must be local or within commuting distance of Armonk, NY
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full‑time Executive Housekeeper in a formal private household
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Verifiable references required prior to interviewing with the family
