Compensation & Benefits:
180K-200K+ annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications, with annual guarantees.

Open to Locals or Relocating candidates
Separate housing (small apartment) is provided on days of work
Airfare provided. Permanent housing is available for those who need it at the end of 2025 .
Schedule: 14 Days ON/14 Days OFF, live-in, or live-out, 7am-7pm schedule
Requirements:
MUST have a Degree in Education, or Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, RIE and Newborn/Infant Care Certification, or similar
Long-term, full-time, professional NCS/Nanny experience (minimum of 10 years)
Must speak excellent English and high-tech savvy (nanny apps and programs, gadgets, etc.)
Provide reliable and spotless references
Previous experience as a full-time nanny caring for infants, and an ability to care for multiple small children simultaneously.
Must be comfortable undergoing an extensive background check and clean driving record
Must have a valid US or EU passport and be willing to travel with the family as needed.
Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain before start date

This role involves creating a structured, nurturing environment that supports the children’s development, while embodying the highest standards of childcare and discretion.
Qualities of their perfect nanny would be highly educated, graceful presence, well mannered, well spoken, patient, warm and with a deep commitment to the care of young children. Knowledge of infant and toddler care, including feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and safety is required. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Highly energetic, active, with the ability to handle flexible and long shifts, as well as collaborate with other nannies.
Ideal nanny is experienced, reliable and with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, grandparents, and a team of nannies to provide daytime care for a toddler and an infant, ensuring consistent care for children and effectively communicating key concepts to all family members. The nanny must be eager and able to embrace an active lifestyle, engaging through outdoor play, running, walks, and other energetic activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care, including feeding, naps, play, and daily routines.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children.
Engage in developmental activities such as reading, sensory play, and outdoor time.
Drive the children to outings or appointments (valid and clean driver’s license required).
Assist with children-related housekeeping tasks (laundry, bottle cleaning, inventory).
Travel with the family and manage childcare needs during trips.
