Compensation & Benefits:
200K (+/-) annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications, with annual guarantees.

Separate housing (small apartment) is provided on days of work
Airfare provided. Permanent housing is available for those who need it at the end of the year.
Schedule: 14 ON /14 OFF, live-in, or live-out, 7am-7pm schedule
Start Date: January/February 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate)

A wonderful family based in the Bay Area, CA is seeking a highly skilled, professional Rota Nanny provide exceptional care and education for an infant and their future children. This role involves creating a structured, nurturing environment that supports the children’s development, while embodying the highest standards of childcare and discretion.
Qualities of their perfect nanny would be highly educated, graceful presence, well mannered, well spoken, patient, warm and with a deep commitment to the care of young children. Knowledge of infant and toddler care, including feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and safety is required. Highly energetic, active, with the ability to handle flexible and long shifts, as well as collaborate with other nannies. Speaks excellent English, great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Ideal nanny is experienced, reliable and with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, grandparents, and a team of nannies to provide daytime care for children, ensuring consistent care for children and effectively communicating key concepts to all family members. The nanny must be eager and able to embrace an active lifestyle, engaging through outdoor play, running, walks, and other energetic activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care, including feeding, naps, play, and daily routines.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children.
Engage in developmental activities such as reading, sensory play, and outdoor time.
Drive the children to outings or appointments (valid and clean driver’s license required).
Assist with children-related housekeeping tasks (laundry, bottle cleaning, inventory).
Travel with the family and manage childcare needs during trips.
Requirements (NOT negotiable):
MUST have a Degree in Education, or Certifications in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, RIE, Newborn/Infant Care Certification, or similar
Fluency in English, fluency in European languages or Mandarin is a huge plus
Minimum of 10 years - Long-term, professional Nanny experience with infants and toddlers
Provide verifiable and excellent references
Must be Tech savvy (nanny apps and programs, gadgets, etc.)
Previous experience as a full-time nanny caring for infants, and an ability to care for multiple small children simultaneously.
Must be comfortable undergoing an extensive background check and clean driving record
Must have a valid US, and EU or Chinese passport and be willing to travel with the family as needed.
Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain before start date
