Role Overview

A private household is seeking an experienced, health‑focused Private Chef with strong expertise in adapting cuisine for specific dietary needs. The ideal candidate is disciplined, discreet, nutritionally knowledgeable, and able to create flavorful, whole‑ingredient meals that support wellness and longevity. This role requires mastery of gentle cooking methods, comfort working in UHNW environments, and the ability to collaborate with wellness and medical support teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily meals for 2–10 people according to specific dietary parameters

  • Adapt Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, and Turkish cuisines to household preferences

  • Develop fresh, organic, minimally processed menus

  • Track macros and calories; weigh and log portions when needed

  • Modify favorite dishes to fit dietary restrictions

  • Source premium, seasonal, and traceable ingredients

  • Maintain a spotless, well‑organized kitchen and manage inventory

  • Coordinate with wellness and medical professionals on dietary guidance

  • Travel with the household when required

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and NDA compliance


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to tailor cuisine for medical or specialized dietary needs

  • Well versed in fully alcohol‑free cooking

  • Skilled in macro/calorie tracking and portion logging

  • Mastery of gentle cooking methods: steaming, poaching, braising, baking

  • Willingness and ability to travel or relocate with the household

  • Proven ability to source premium, seasonal, traceable ingredients

  • Comfortable collaborating with wellness and medical teams

  • Capable of planning a one‑day menu within strict dietary parameters

  • Able to re‑engineer dishes to meet household restrictions

  • Clear understanding of weekly macro adjustments and nutritional planning


Requirements

  • Must have recognized culinary and nutrition credentials

  • Strong, verifiable long-term references required before client submission

  • 5+ years of experience working for UHNW or high-profile household

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Willing to undergo an extensive background check
