Nanny needed in Upper Manhattan, NY

Compensation: Salary ranges from 150K-180K ($35/hr. + OT, overnight rate, travel bonus), full medical, 401(k)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3 overnights weekly (Live-In/Live-Out Hybrid Schedule)

Travel: Occasional, not frequent

A very busy working parents are seeking a warm, energetic, and reliable nanny to join their family and care for their toddler. This is a long-term role for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys being part of a busy household. This position focuses on childcare; general housekeeping is not required beyond light support that contributes to smooth household operations.

Key Duties

•     Full childcare for one toddler: meals, hygiene, routines, developmental activities

•     Maintain child’s laundry, wardrobe, supplies, and room organization

•     Plan daily outings and active play

•     School/activity transportation

•     Light household support when child is asleep or with parents (dishes, trash, tidying, small errands)

Expectations

•     Professional communication and strong time management

•     Flexibility for schedule adjustments

•     Immediate reporting of any child-related concerns

•     Strict confidentiality; no photos or recordings

•     Respect for household privacy and staff boundaries

•     Adherence to all safety and security procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time nanny experience

• Excellent long-term references

• Valid US passport and ability to travel
