Full-Time Nanny needed in Upper Manhattan, NY

Schedule: Live-Out (School Year) / Live-In (Summers in the Hamptons)

• Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00/6:00 PM

• Guaranteed 40–45 hours per week

• Flexibility required for occasional schedule adjustments

Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience

A warm and welcoming family on the Upper East Side is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time nanny to join their household team. The family has three children and employs another full-time nanny. The mother is actively involved and values collaboration and clear communication. The primary responsibility for this role will be caring for the infant with additional support for the older children as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, attentive care for an infant under one year old

• Assist with care for older children when required

• Handle all child-related tasks, including:

• Children's laundry

• Tidying and organizing play areas and bedrooms

• Preparing meals and snacks for the children

• Work as part of a collaborative nanny team

• Travel with the family and live-in during summer months in the Hamptons

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience

• Recent experience caring for infants under one year old

• Strong, verifiable references with long-term positions and no employment gaps

• Willingness and ability to live-in during summers in the Hamptons

• Must be local to NYC and eligible to work in the US

• Team player, and comfortable taking directions and instructions

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
