Compensation: $35/hour + OT; $120 per overnight stay

Schedule: 5 Days, Typically Wednesday–Sunday, averaging 40–50 hours per week, including weekends and select holidays. The role includes 2–3 overnight stays per week plus travel.
Household: UHNW family with multiple children; team-based nanny rotation providing 24/7 coverage
Position Summary
A high-profile New York family is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Nanny/Housekeeper to join their fully staffed household. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in both childcare and household support. This role requires a strong understanding of child safety, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members. Flexibility, discretion, and a positive attitude are essential. Reports directly to the Estate Manager, with regular interaction with the Principals and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare Duties:
• Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times
• Support daily routines including feeding, school drop-offs/pickups, and extracurricular activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and maintain inventory of clothing and supplies
• Keep children engaged with indoor and outdoor activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s areas
• Assist with homework and educational support
Household Support:
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as dishes, laundry, and tidying personal spaces
• Run errands including grocery shopping and appointment coordination
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain discretion and professionalism in a formal home environment
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a private household
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Familiarity with high-end cleaning products and care for fine furnishings and garments
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and solve problems independently
