Full-Time, Nanny needed in Miami, FL (Live-in)

Compensation: $100,000–$140,000/year (based on experience), + Two weeks paid vacation

Schedule: Full-time, live-in, 5 days, Flexible with scheduling plus domestic and international travel required

Position Overview

A family in Miami Beach is seeking a full-time live-in nanny to care for their infant child. This is a long-term opportunity for a nurturing, experienced professional who is passionate about early childhood development and excited to be part of a dynamic household.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally focused care for an infant

• Support daily routines, milestones, and enrichment activities

• Assist with feeding, diapering, bathing, and sleep schedules

• Maintain a clean and organized nursery and child-related areas

• Travel with the family to destinations including Europe, New York, and the Hamptons

• Collaborate with a hands-on parent and adapt to a household with a large, well-trained dog

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of child development and milestone tracking

• Warm, reliable, and trustworthy with a long-term mindset

• Local to the Miami area

• Comfortable swimming in pools and open waters

• Pet-friendly and confident in a multi-faceted household

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience caring for infants/toddlers

• Experience supporting high-net-worth families and working in staffed homes

• Excellent references from prior employers

• Holds a valid U.S. passport

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable to undergo an extensive background check
