Full-Time Nanny needed in Fort Lauderdale, FL (Live-Out)

Compensation: $35–$40/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, guaranteed 40+ hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for two toddlers

• Plan and lead engaging, educational activities

• Support developmental milestones and routines

• Prepare meals and snacks for the children

• Keep play areas and children’s spaces tidy

• Assist with packing and travel logistics

• Drive children as needed

• Coordinate with the other nanny to ensure seamless coverage

• A cooperative mindset and willingness to coordinate with your counterpart

• A desire for long-term placement and growth within a stable environment

• Flexibility to travel extensively, including summers in Aspen and other destinations

• Proximity to Fort Lauderdale for easy commuting

• Fluent in English with great communication skills

• Strong swimmer, confident around pools and open water

• Deep understanding of developmental milestones and early education

• Energetic, health-conscious, and enthusiastic about active play

• Emotionally intelligent, respectful of household boundaries

• Comfortable assisting with child-related meal prep and light tidying

• Able to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience caring for toddlers

• A background supporting high-net-worth families and working in staffed homes

• Excellent references from prior employers

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable to undergo an extensive background check
