Position Overview
The family strongly prefers a live‑in nanny, though they are open to a live‑out arrangement in San Antonio for a highly flexible candidate who is comfortable providing overnight coverage when one parent travels (which occurs frequently during the week).
This role is well‑suited for a nanny who is proactive, organized, and confident managing the daily rhythm of a busy family while maintaining a warm, nurturing environment for the children.
Responsibilities
Managing the morning routine, including getting the children dressed, fed, and ready for school (7:00 AM start)
School drop‑offs and pick‑ups
Planning and preparing children’s meals
Tidying and organizing children’s spaces
Children’s laundry and related organization
Errands and grocery shopping as needed
Transporting children to after‑school activities
Evening and bedtime routines
Providing overnight care when a parent is traveling
During school hours, there is downtime to assist with organization, children’s laundry, and light household support related to the boys.
Ideal Candidate
Extensive experience caring for toddlers in private homes
