Compensation: Highly competitive compensation package with 401K depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Weekend coverage - Friday or Saturday through Tuesdays, 4 or 5 days a week, with 24 hour care with appropriate breaks.
A formal and fully staffed home is looking for a Top Notch Nanny to join their team. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for four school aged children being 6 is the youngest. He/She is someone who is sporty, fun, energetic, and engaging. This requires a self-starter who can motivate the kids and be active alongside them. The Nanny should be comfortable with a range of ages of children, a fast thinker who can offer various games, crafts, and stories at any given moment. The Nanny should have a natural rapport with kids and be able to maintain a sunny disposition and high energy throughout longer work days. Duties are primarily caring for the smaller children and supervising the older ones, and all children related tasks – calendar coordination and management, cooking meals, tidying up, kids laundry, packing and unpacking for travels, and light errands. Nannies must be flexible for domestic and international travel, and Summer is spent in the Hamptons.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must share a 1-2 minute video introducing him/herself and what he/she is looking for
Candidate must have at least 5 years of long term experience in a similar role and with stellar references
Must have long term, stellar and verifiable references
Must drive with clean record
Must be a good swimmer and into sports – all the children are
Must be able to travel domestic and internationally
Must be a team player and able to work and get along with other staff
