Compensation: $45-55 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Benefits: Full medical insurance, paid vacation, providing relocation assistance and separate staff housing
Schedule: Live-out, 5 days/week, 40-50 hours/week will be adjusted based on family's schedule, including occasional holidays and split days off)
Location: Jackson Hole, Wyoming plus Domestic & International travel to other properties is required)
Overview
A private family in Jackson Hole is seeking a polished and proactive Housekeepers to join their team in managing the day-to-day operations of the residence while providing personal support to the lady of the house. This role combines high-level housekeeping and wardrobe care coordinating with other staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities with grace and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization throughout the home
Launder, press, and care for fine garments and linens
Organize closets and personal spaces with precision
Assist with packing/unpacking and seasonal wardrobe rotation
Coordinate with other household staff
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs
Monitor household inventory and restock supplies
Qualifications
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Discreet, trustworthy, and service-minded
Skilled in wardrobe care and luxury housekeeping standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to follow instructions and anticipate needs
Comfortable with multitasking and managing shifting priorities
Tech-savvy and proficient with basic administrative tools
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a private household
Background in luxury hospitality or formal service is a strong plus
Excellent, verifiable references
Willing to undergo an extensive background check, including driving record
