Monday–Friday, Either 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
A family in New York City is seeking an experienced, full‑time Live‑Out Housekeeper for their private residence. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who genuinely enjoys working in a well‑run household and is very comfortable caring for a dog. Fluency in English or French must be the candidate’s first language to meet the communication needs of the household.
About the Household
Two adults and two school‑aged children
One medium‑sized dog
Primary residence: Midtown Manhattan apartment
Occasional workdays at the family’s Brooklyn home
Very occasional visits to the Hudson Valley (no regular travel required)
Responsibilities
Full general housekeeping and daily upkeep of the home
Daily tidying, organization, and maintaining household standards
Laundry and ironing
Assisting with dog care, including walking and feeding
Ensuring the home is clean, orderly, and well maintained at all times
Important Notes
No childcare responsibilities (children are in school full‑time and have separate childcare support)
This is primarily a housekeeping and dog‑care role, and candidates must be genuinely comfortable and happy working in a home with a dog
