Compensation: $150,000 annually + full benefits

Position Overview

A private client in New York City is seeking a highly experienced Chief Stewardess or yacht‑trained House Manager to oversee the daily operations and service standards of a high-end residence. The ideal candidate brings yacht‑level precision, exceptional hospitality skills, and strong household management experience. Candidates must be familiar with New York City and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily household operations with a refined, service-forward approach

• Oversee vendors, contractors, scheduling, and household maintenance

• Maintain household inventories, supplies, and organizational systems

• Support the principal with daily needs, logistics, and special requests

• Ensure the home remains guest-ready and operating at the highest standard

• Coordinate travel-related tasks, including packing and unpacking

• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional discretion

Requirements

• Prior yacht experience as a Chief Stewardess or senior interior crew member

• Strong background as a House Manager in a private residence

• Valid U.S. passport for travels

• Previous experience living or working in New York City with strong familiarity of the city

• Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and service standards

• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
