Travel Coordinator and Personal Assistant needed Downtown Manhattan, NY

Salary: Up to 80K plus benefits depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.


Downtown, New York Client is looking for an extremely professional and polished Travel Coordinator/Personal Assistant. Need someone who has experience as an Executive or Administrative assistant as well as experience working in travel, either as a travel agent, or consultant, booking international and domestic travel.


The main responsibility is maintaining and arranging the client's heavy travel calendar. The client travels internationally and domestically, in private and commercial flights. Other duties may include email correspondence, running errands in the city, updating information such as passports, and any other administrative and clerical duties that may be needed. This is assisting one individual and working as part of a household staff team. Must have experience working in a private home or small family office, experience working with high net worth individuals, and be able to undergo an extensive background check.


REQUIREMENTS: • Must be legal to work in the US • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and setting • Must be willing and comfortable to undergo extensive background check

• Must have long term, stellar and verifiable references • Must be fluent in English and a good communicator

• Must have experience working in a private home or small family office, working with high net worth individuals.
