Rota Nanny needed in Manhattan, NY

Compensation: 150K-180K depending on experience and qualifications, plus full benefits.
Schedule: 7 to14 days ON | 7 to 14 days OFF, working12-14 hours a day, rotating schedule with other nanny. Additional days maybe required when the other nanny is off, or when traveling.
Position Overview
Very active and involved working parents with two toddler children is seeking an experienced, developmentally savvy Rota Nanny to join their family. The ideal candidate is highly educated in early childhood or Montessori methods, excellent fluency in English, proactive, self‑motivated, and down‑to‑earth. This role requires full flexibility during on‑duty rotations and extensive travel with the family.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for toddler and infant
Plan and implement age‑appropriate learning and developmental activities
Prepare children’s meals and support feeding routines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s rooms, play areas, and belongings
Manage children’s laundry, clothing, and accessories
Support daily routines, naps, bedtime, and travel transitions
Drive children safely to activities and appointments if needed
Collaborate with parents and nanny team with a pitch‑in, proactive attitude
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rota Nanny for UHNW families in Manhattan, NY
With excellent and verifiable references
Excellent Fluency in English; strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Early childhood education or Montessori background strongly preferred
U.S. passport preferred for international travel, but not a deal breaker
Valid driver’s license and experience driving children
Proactive, self‑motivated, and grounded personality
Ability to provide 24‑hour on-call coverage during rotations
Complete flexibility to work more days and with domestic and international travel
Warm, trustworthy, and highly professional
Must be comfortable to undergo a comprehensive background check
