Schedule: Five days, including weekends, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm; Flexible for Overtime as the schedule requires.
$60,000 - $75,000 annual base salary; Commensurate with experience; Medical and other Benefits available after probationary period of 90 days.
A high-profile faith leader is in search of a capable and efficient Personal Administrative Assistant with strong interpersonal skills, polished, professional demeanor, proactive approach to problem-solving, strong time-management and organization skills and outstanding communication skills – written and verbal. Able to travel with minimal notice – domestic and international, and will report between NJ and Manhattan homes.
Duties include, but not limited to, calendar management, screening incoming phone calls, coordinate conference calls, running personal and business-related errands, drafting/editing all correspondence, prepare reports via Microsoft Office Suite, liaising with household staff for Principal’s meals, driving Principal to/from personal appointments, packing & preparing Principal for travel, Unpacking post travel, & other duties as assigned related to the Principal.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related support position
Experience working in a home office
BA/BS from a college or university
Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Word & Outlook, Mac & PC
Tech-Savvy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
Valid Passport Required
Must have Valid Driver License
