Position Overview

A family in Sands Point is seeking a warm, experienced Part‑Time Baby Nurse/Nanny to provide high‑quality care for their newborn while also assisting with the family’s toddlers as needed. This role is ideal for a seasoned newborn professional who is confident with overnight routines, infant development, and working collaboratively within a staffed household.

You will work closely with Mom and alongside other nannies to ensure smooth coverage, consistency, and a supportive environment for both children.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally‑appropriate newborn care

• Manage feeding, sleep routines, and soothing techniques

• Support parents with newborn guidance and best practices

• Maintain a clean, organized nursery environment

• Assist with toddler care when needed (play, meals, routines)

• Collaborate with Mom and other nannies to ensure seamless teamwork

• Handle baby‑related tasks and light child‑related organization

• Ensure safety and consistency throughout the overnight shift

Requirements

• Professional Baby Nurse or Newborn Care Specialist experience required

• Strong background caring for newborns and infants

• Comfortable assisting with toddler care

• Warm, nurturing, and confident with infant and toddler routines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 10 years of full-time experience working in a high-end households

• Stellar references from prior employments

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable going through a comprehensive background check
