Compensation: $35 per hour, plus OT, plus health benefits, PTO, and 401K
Schedule: : Ideally, Monday to Friday, 11am-8pm, occasional sleep-over, weekends and some holidays, plus occasional domestic and international travel. Flexibility in schedule is required.
Location: Upper East Side, Sands Point, NY, Dom and Intl travels
Family with a formal Kosher home in Upper Manhattan, NY is in search of a warm, loving, capable, flexible, and easy-going Nanny to assist a very hands-on stay at home mom and work in rotation with another full-time nanny in caring for their three small children close in age - toddlers and infant baby.
Ideal nanny is someone who has full flexibility in schedule and duties, developmentally savvy and child education focused, proactive, adaptable, and flexible to the family’s schedule. Someone with strong time management and problem-solving skills. Comfortable taking directions and instructions from very hands-on and involved parents.
Responsibilities:
Attend to child’s general care and needs
Keep the child stimulated and engaged
Create and execute educational and creative activities for the child
Keep the child’s areas tidy, cleaned and sanitized
Keep inventory of child’s clothes, accessories, food, supplies, and make sure that inventories are all kept full
Keep the child’s room, closet and toys organized
Healthy meals and food preparation for the child, and the family if needed
Travel with the family, domestic and international
Pack and unpack luggage prior their trips and upon their return
Assist with light housekeeping as needed
Running errands as needed
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of long-term experience working in a similar role (3+ years with each employer)
Verifiable references and stellar recommendations
Holds a valid US Passport
Must be local to NYC
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly energetic, health and safety conscious and very active
