Compensation & Benefits:
180K-200K+ annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications, with annual guarantees.
Full medical benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, etc..
Open to Locals or Relocating candidates
Separate housing (small apartment) is provided on days of work
Airfare provided until permanent housing is ready at the end of 2025 .
Schedule: Two weeks ON/two weeks OFF, live-in, or live-out, 7am-7pm schedule
Requirements:
Norland Diploma, or a Degree or Certification in Early Childhood Education/Infant Care
Long-term, full-time, professional nanny experience (minimum of 10 years)
Must speak excellent English and high-tech savvy (nanny apps and programs, gadgets, etc.)
Provide reliable and spotless references
Previous experience as a full-time nanny, especially with infants, and an ability to care for multiple children of different ages simultaneously.
Must be comfortable undergoing an extensive background check and clean driving record
Must have a valid US or EU passport and be willing to travel with the family as needed.
Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain before start date

Knowledge of infant and toddler care, including feeding, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and safety is required. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Highly energetic, active, with the ability to handle flexible and long shifts, as well as collaborate with other nannies.

Ideal nanny is experienced, reliable and with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, grandparents, and a team of nannies to provide daytime care for a toddler and an infant, ensuring consistent care for children and effectively communicating key concepts to all family members. The nanny must be eager and able to embrace an active lifestyle, engaging through outdoor play, running, walks, and other energetic activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care, including feeding, naps, play, and daily routines.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for the children.
Engage in developmental activities such as reading, sensory play, and outdoor time.
Drive the children to outings or appointments (valid and clean driver’s license required).
Assist with children-related housekeeping tasks (laundry, bottle cleaning, inventory).
Travel with the family and manage childcare needs during trips.
