Compensation: If live-in 60K-65K, if live-out 70-75K plus health insurance Full time live-in accommodation and expenses paid available for the right candidate who wishes to relocate.

Schedule: June to October, five days 30-40 hours a week , Monday to Friday. November to May, five to six days, 45-55 hours a week and working weekends. The family is in Miami residence.
A formal and fully staffed home in South Florida is looking for a capable, trustworthy, self-motivated and service oriented Lead Housekeeper to join and lead their housekeeping staff to care for their luxury home in South Florida and keeping it in absolute best condition. Need someone who is highly energetic and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have keen attention to detail and have pleasant and happy disposition.
Requirements: • Must have at least 3 years' of solid experience in a formal home with verifiable and stellar references • Must be extremely organized and flexible and systematic, and take charge but able to follow directions when needed. • Must be fluent in Spanish and can effectively communicate with non-English speaking staff. • Must be fully COVID vaccinated • Must drive with clean record • Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check
Overall Responsibilities • Responsible for the team of Housekeepers • Responsible for the cleanliness of the Estate • Create/update daily, weekly, monthly tasks and follow through • Maintain Housekeepers' schedule • Create / Maintain cleaning policies and procedures/protocol manuals as needed • Purchasing & inventory oversight of all cleaning supplies and household items • Supervise daily activities of the housekeepers at all locations • Oversee the care of art, antiques and other collections • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the EM & HM
