Housekeeper / House Manager needed in Baltimore, MD (Live‑Out)

Compensation: $30–$35 on payroll per hour plus paid vacation, major holidays off with pay, paid sick days etc.

Location: Baltimore, MD (reasonable commute required)

Schedule: Live-out Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

A formal private household in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Housekeeper / House Manager to support a senior couple. This is a live‑out position ideal for a polished, professional candidate who takes pride in maintaining a well‑organized, elegant home. The residence is approximately 7,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, a large great room, and formal entertaining spaces. A part‑time chef and an aide is already in place supporting one principal. An 18‑lb dog will be joining the household in the future, so the candidate must be pet‑friendly.

Responsibilities

• Full‑charge housekeeping, including detailed cleaning and upkeep of a large formal home

• Laundry and ironing, including care of fine garments and linens

• Household organization and maintenance of systems

• Light house management duties, including errands, shopping, and dry cleaning

• Assisting with entertaining on occasion, including table setting and serving

• Working professionally alongside other household staff

• Driving locally for household needs as required
