Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $115K-$130K ($35 per hour plus full benefits, OT, Overnight rate, PTO, 401K etc.)
Schedule: 5-day work week; Overnight 1-3 nights, including weekends and holidays
Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom available to stay overnight.
A warm, fully staffed, formal high‑end kosher household in Great Neck, NY is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Companion/Housekeeper to support the lady of the home. The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and able to provide both companionship and hands‑on household support with professionalism and care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive disposition, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Accompany the principal to appointments, social outings, and activities
• Assist with daily routines and general oversight to ensure comfort and safety
• Light housekeeping: tidying, organizing, maintaining clean and orderly spaces
• Assist with wardrobe care, laundry, and household organization
• Coordinate with other household staff to maintain smooth operations
• Support a formal kosher home environment and respect household standards
• Travel with the principal domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience working in high‑end private homes
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time consistently
• Familiarity with formal households; kosher home experience a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent verifiable long‑term references
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check
