Salary: $150,000–$180,000 depending on experience and qualifications + competitive benefits

Schedule

• Five days, full-time / Flexibility live-in required when the family is in residence

• Lighter schedule when the family is traveling

• Candidate must maintain their own residence for off‑season periods

A family in North Miami Beach is seeking an experienced full-time House/Property Manager for their newly renovated waterfront estate. This is a live‑out role when the family is traveling, with required live‑in periods when the family is in residence (approximately half the year). A private bedroom and bathroom are provided in a shared guest house.

This is a new build, and the family needs someone who can set up all household systems, procedures, and operations from scratch. Candidates must have strong experience managing fully staffed, formal homes and be able to run a property independently.

Responsibilities

• Create household manuals, SOPs, and operational systems

• Establish standards, procedures, and workflows

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training staff

• Manage staff schedules and daily operations

• Conduct daily property walk‑throughs

• Oversee vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects

• Obtain bids/quotes and supervise work

• Handle bill payment, invoicing, and expense tracking

• Coordinate with the family office

• Manage landscaping, pool, waterfront, and overall property upkeep

• Ensure smooth daily operations and proactive problem‑solving
