Compensation: DOE, with full benefit package, health insurance and matching 401k, plus relocation assistance for the right candidate.
Schedule: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday plus occasional more hours and weekends.
This role would work under a Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities and alongside a team of other facilities employees for a large estate.
Duties but not limited to: Daily maintenance and fixing of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. Performs all aspects of indoor and outdoor facility maintenance and service to the highest aesthetic and performance standards. Oversee contract support services to assist with same.
REQUIREMENTS: - 5 years' experience, or an equitable combination of education and experience; Ideally with at least three seasons as a yacht engineer or building/hotel engineer or similar
- At least three verifiable and stellar references - Working knowledge of BMS, CMMS & HVAC systems to include troubleshooting, - Great problem solving and conflict resolution skills. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; highly motivated, positive attitude - Excellent knowledge of general office procedures; and knowledge smart phone and computer skills - Excellent time management skills; ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects with available resources - Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. - Keen attention to detail, honesty, adaptability, dependability, and a willingness to do hands-on work - Ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism - Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
