Overview
A high-profile executive is seeking a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to join their dynamic New York City-based team. This full-time, in-person role blends executive and personal support (approximately 70/30) and demands exceptional organization, discretion, and stamina. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments and brings a polished, proactive approach to every task.
Responsibilities
Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar
Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, and events (domestic & international)
Draft and manage high-level correspondence
Liaise with clients, industry contacts, and internal teams
Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Alternate shifts with a second assistant to ensure seamless coverage
Assist principal’s spouse and coordinate with household staff
Run errands and manage personal appointments
Respond to off-hours requests and urgent needs as required
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an EA/PA creative, or luxury lifestyle sectors
Proven reliability and long-term commitment; strong references required
Exceptional memory, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable
Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling platforms
Discreet, composed, and resilient under pressure
