Entry-Level Personal Assistant needed in Manhattan, NY


Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday typically, 40 hours a week plus Domestic & International Travel Required

Compensation: $35–$40/hour DOE + Full Benefits Package


About the Role

We are seeking a polished, discreet, and highly organized Personal Assistant for a private client in Manhattan, NY. This hybrid role combines elements of concierge, butler, and family support services within a fully staffed, formal household. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for principals and guests, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and warmth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with concierge-level service

  • Anticipate and fulfill principal’s needs with proactive support

  • Coordinate food and beverage service during meals and events

  • Manage wardrobe care, organization, and travel packing/unpacking

  • Provide light tech support and coordinate household technology

  • Maintain inventory and ensure household supplies are stocked

  • Collaborate with household staff to support daily operations

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in private service, luxury hospitality, concierge, or yachting

  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel on short notice

  • Exceptional attention to detail and discretion

  • Professional, poised, and personable with excellent etiquette

  • Tech-savvy with smart home systems and personal devices

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

  • Committed to confidentiality and high standards of service
