Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + Full Benefits


A high-profile household in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support a prominent individual in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic household and travel schedule. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully staffed, pet- and child-friendly environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the principal

• Manage household operations and coordinate with a full domestic staff

• Oversee complex travel arrangements, including frequent travel to New York City and Washington, D.C.

• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage daily logistics

• Handle bill payments, expense tracking, and administrative tasks

• Ensure smooth and efficient home and office operations

• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment


Required Qualifications

• Currently based in the Miami area

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant, preferably with experience in New York City

• Proven track record of long-term employment in previous roles (3–5+ years per position, with no significant gaps)

• Flawless, verifiable references from past employers

• Extensive experience booking and managing complex travel itineraries

• Highly proficient in calendar management, bill payments, household organization, and operational streamlining

• Flexible and available for frequent travel as needed

• Comfortable working in a politically active household

• Pet-friendly (home includes four cats and four dogs) and child-aware (young daughter in residence)
