Executive Personal Assistant needed in Downtown Manhattan, NY

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and any other request.


Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 plus full benefits depending on experience and qualifications.


Our client in New York City is looking for a full-time executive personal assistant. This will be working between the client's home and office both in NYC . Duties include, but not limited to, calendar management, taking incoming and outgoing phone calls, coordinate conference calls, running personal and business related errands and other duties as assigned related to the Principal.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive and personal assistant.

  • Experience working in a home office

  • Must be local to NYC

  • Must be fully COVID Vaccinated
