Year-Round Live-out Houseman/Facilities Coordinator needed in Southampton, NY

Rate: $45-$55 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, plus OT, medical benefits, 401K, PTO etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday during off season, 5-6 days during the Summer including weekends

Formal and fully staffed waterfront property in Southampton is in search of a highly skilled, take charge, efficient, capable, and highly efficient Houseman/Facilities Coordinator. Household with very active and busy children and pets. Family entertains quite a bit and holds big events at the property, especially in the Summer.

Duties overview:

Waterfront facilities management. Assisting and working alongside 10-16 staff with interior and exterior maintenance and needs of the family and guests. Cleaning, organizing, set up and break down for events/parties, maintenance of boats, jet skis, etc.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years’ long-term experience working in a waterfront property

-Experience with UHNW and high-profile families, in formal and fully staffed homes

-Experience with yachts, boats, jet skis, kayaks, and other water vessels

-Stellar recommendation and verifiable references

- Polished presentation, smart, enthusiastic, and positive disposition

-Well spoken, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Tech and computer savvy

-Children and pet friendly

-Must be local to Long Island (live within 1 hour drive)

- Willing to go through an extensive background check
