Compensation: $35-45 per hour with benefits offered depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Three weekdays, 8-10 hours a day, plus occasional additional day, and weekend in the summer and travel domestic and international during school breaks, would be a huge plus.
A formal and fully staffed home is looking for a part-time Nanny to join their team of nannies. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for four school aged children being 7-14 years old. He/She is someone like a big brother/sister, and camp counselor to the children - sporty, fun, energetic, enthusiastic and engaging. This requires a self-starter who can motivate the kids and be active alongside them. He/She should be comfortable with a range of ages of children, a fast thinker who can offer various games, crafts, and stories at any given moment. He/She should have a natural rapport with kids and be able to maintain a sunny disposition and high energy throughout longer workdays.
Duties are primarily caring for the children and all children related tasks – calendar coordination and management, cooking meals, tidying up, kids’ laundry, packing and unpacking for travels, and light errands. Nannies must be flexible for domestic and international travel, and Summer is spent in the Hamptons.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have at least 5 years of long-term experience in a similar role and with stellar references.
