Compensation: 130K to 150K++ per year, PTO, medical benefits, 401(k)


Schedule: Five days, 55- 60 hours, 3 overnights per week; including holidays and weekends, full flexibility in schedule required

Summer is spent in the Hamptons, plus domestic and international travels


Position Overview

A family on the Upper East Side is seeking a career oriented Nanny to join a team of nannies providing care for four children. Two school aged children, a toddler and an infant. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a staffed, fast‑paced household. Must be able to start as soon as possible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive care for four children: feeding, school drop‑off/pick‑up, activities, outdoor walks, and homework support

  • Prepare daily meals for the children

  • Manage children’s laundry, clothing organization, and inventory of supplies

  • Keep children’s rooms, play areas, and bathrooms tidy and well‑organized

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in personal household spaces (bedroom, bathroom, laundry, drawers)

  • Assist with dishes, clearing tables, taking out trash, and general household upkeep

  • Run small errands as needed

  • Support a structured, active, and safe environment for all children


Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple children, including infants and toddlers

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to manage long shifts and overnight care

  • Warm, patient, and energetic

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work weekends

  • Team‑oriented and comfortable in a busy household


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 5 years of full-time experience working in a high-end home

  • Stellar references from prior employment

  • With valid authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Comfortable going through a comprehensive background check
