Compensation: $40 per hour, OT eligble, PTO, Medical Insurance, 401(k) etc.

Schedule: 5 Days, 40-50 hours/Week • Includes Weekends and Occasional Holidays • 2 Consecutive Days Off


Position Overview

A private residence in Kings Point is seeking a skilled, reliable, and professional Live- out Houseman to support daily household operations, property maintenance, and hands‑on tasks throughout the estate. The ideal candidate is technically knowledgeable, proactive, and comfortable living on‑site several nights per week. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care for the home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily hands‑on support throughout the property

  • Perform light household maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Assist with indoor and outdoor tasks as needed

  • Oversee and manage basic repairs, upkeep, and vendor coordination

  • Support household operations during live‑in nights

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

  • Ensure the home is functioning smoothly and safely at all times

  • Respond to household needs promptly and professionally


Technical Requirements

Candidates must have working knowledge of:

  • HVAC systems

  • Electrical systems

  • Crestron home automation

  • Lutron lighting/shade systems


Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Houseman or in a similar hands‑on household role

  • Strong technical and mechanical skills

  • Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation

  • Ability to work independently and follow direction

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  • Comfortable with a live‑in schedule (1–3 nights weekly)

  • Must be able to start immediately

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 5 years of full-time experience working in a high-end home

  • Stellar references from prior employment

  • With valid authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Comfortable going through a comprehensive background check
