Live-out Housekeeper needed in Sarasota, FL

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour + Health stipend

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week

Position Overview

A private family in Sarasota is seeking an experienced, full‑time Housekeeper to join their household. This is a live‑out position for a polished, reliable professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑run home. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a private residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general home upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all household areas

• Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care as needed

• Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal tasks

• Maintain household standards and follow established routines

• Communicate any household needs, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns

Requirements

• Must be local to Sarasota, FL

• 3–5 years of full‑time experience working in a private home

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Verifiable references required prior to interview

• Professional, trustworthy, and discreet

• Must be legal to work in the United States
