Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays meal drop off

Monday Drop-Off

• Monday dinner, Tuesday lunch & dinner, Wednesday lunch & dinner, Thursday lunch

Thursday Drop-Off

• Thursday dinner, Friday lunch & dinner, Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday lunch & dinner

Additional meals for guests may be requested with advance notice.


A returning client is seeking a New York City–based Specialty Diet off-site Chef with professional experience in Paleo and AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) cooking. This is a long‑term, part‑time role cooking meals for one individual to be dropped off twice a week. All Paleo/AIP compliant lunch and dinner meals are prepared and cooked at the chef's own kitchen and delivered fresh to the client’s NYC residence. The current chef is relocating and will provide training and transition support to the new hire. Duties include plan weekly menus for lunches and dinners. Maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to dietary requirements. Communicate clearly regarding menus and scheduling


Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ strong professional experience with Paleo and AIP diets

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Excellent, verifiable references

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
