Professional Housekeeper needed in Miami, FL ASAP

Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends during the school year

4 weekdays during summer months

Compensation: $30-35 DOE

A private family in Miami, FL is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to maintain their large residence to a five-star, hotel-level standard. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, discretion, and pride in their work, ensuring the home is pristine, well-maintained, and running smoothly year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all interior spaces of a large residence with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and presentation

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, polishing, mopping, and sanitizing high-traffic areas

• Deep clean on rotation (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and formal spaces)

• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, marble, and other high-end finishes using appropriate cleaning methods and products

• Manage household laundry including linens, towels, and delicate garments; handle wardrobe care and ironing when needed

• Maintain an immaculate kitchen and pantry, ensuring all appliances and surfaces are spotless

• Restock household items and cleaning supplies, maintaining accurate inventory

• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and other household employees as needed

• Prepare guest rooms and maintain a “hotel-ready” standard at all times

• Support family and guests with meal setup, light serving, and general assistance

• Handle special projects such as seasonal closet organization, packing/unpacking for travel, and household refreshes

• Provide occasional childcare and babysitting support when needed

• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times

  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience as a full-time housekeeper in a large, luxury residence or five-star hospitality setting

• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times (NDA required)

• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and care for fine materials

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fluent in English or Spanish

• Trustworthy, proactive, and dependable with a can-do attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience working in similar role ensuring 5-star service.

• Stellar references from prior long-term employment

• Must be local or lives nearby

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable going through an extensive background check
