Nanny/Household Assistant needed in Manhattan, NY ASAP

Location: Long Island, NY  

Schedule: Tuesday am–Sunday am (Live-in)

Compensation: Up to $450/day depending on experience and qualifications

Overview

A warm, welcoming family with two young daughters—a toddler in school half-days and an infant. Mom is home full-time and actively shares child-related responsibilities. We’re looking for a long-term team member who brings professionalism, warmth, and a proactive spirit to our household.

Responsibilities

- Provide loving, attentive care to two young children alongside mom  

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run home (daily tidying, laundry, dishes, etc.)  

- Coordinate with weekly deep cleaner to ensure household upkeep  

- Assist with child-related tasks: meal prep, bottle washing, organizing toys/clothes  

- Be proactive in identifying and solving household needs  

- Occasional errands or household management tasks as needed  

Ideal candidate:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

• Prior experience with infants and toddlers  

• Strong organizational skills and a “can-do” attitude  

• Professional, reliable, and nurturing demeanor  

• Comfortable with daily housekeeping tasks  

• Looking for a long-term commitment

• Must have at least 5 years of experience working in similar role ensuring 5-star service.

• Stellar references from prior long-term employment

• Must be local or lives nearby

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable going through an extensive background check
