Live-in option available - A private bedroom and bathroom located in a separate guest house are available for candidates seeking a live-in arrangement.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM
Additional date nights and occasional weekends to guarantee 40 hours per week
A warm and active family in Dutchess County, NY is seeking an experienced, long-term Nanny / Family Assistant to support their home and care for their toddler. The family hopes to grow in the coming years and is looking for a trusted partner who can grow with them. Both parents work from home, and mom is transitioning back to part-time work, making this a key support role.
Responsibilities
Primary care for the toddler, including engaging, age-appropriate activities
Child-related organization and upkeep
Household coordination and family assistance
Running errands and managing small household tasks
Driving to activities and appointments (family car provided)
Ability to travel with the family for 1–2 weeks at a time, including international trips
Collaboration with the family’s part-time housekeeper

Requirements
10+ years of full-time nanny experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong swimmer
Clean driving record
Valid passport and ability to travel
Comfortable with pets (two friendly dogs)
Willing to complete an extensive background check
Excellent long-term references
