Compensation: $150,000++ per year, PTO, medical benefits, 401(k)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 60 hours, 3 overnights per week; including holidays and weekends, full flexibility in schedule required



Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12‑hour days, 3 overnights per week (Tuesday–Thursday) 24‑hour coverage rotation within the nanny team


Position Overview

A growing family on the Upper East Side is seeking a professional Live‑In Nanny to join a team of four nannies providing 24/7 care for four children. Three preschool children attend school. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a staffed, fast‑paced household. Must be able to start as soon as possible.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full‑charge childcare for multiple children (2 at a time)

  • Support daily routines, school schedules, and activities

  • Manage overnights Tuesday–Thursday

  • Assist with children’s laundry, organization, and meal support

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

  • Collaborate with a team of nannies and household staff

  • Travel readiness as needed

  • Communicate effectively with parents and team members


Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple children in a private home

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to manage long shifts and overnights

  • Professional, reliable, and discreet

  • Comfortable in a structured, very active environment

  • Able to start immediately


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have at least 5 years of full-time experience working in a high-end home

  • Stellar references from prior employment

  • With valid authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Comfortable going through a comprehensive background check
