Compensation: $80,000–$95,000/year (DOE) + Benefits
• Fully covered health insurance, two weeks paid vacation, sick days
• Private bedroom and bathroom in each home; car provided for work-related use
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 40–45 hours per week
A warm, down-to-earth family is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live-In Nanny/Family Assistant to join their household and travel with them between their residences in Florida, Vermont, and Boston. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to grow with a family over time.
The family has one child, currently 1.5 years old, and is looking for a nurturing caregiver who is experienced with toddlers and passionate about fostering development through play, exploration, and engaging activities. Both parents work full-time, so reliability, initiative, and strong organizational skills are essential. As the child grows, the role will evolve to include more Family Assistant responsibilities, such as household coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a toddler
• Plan and lead fun, enriching activities
• Maintain a structured, safe, and loving environment
• Assist with household tasks and organization
• Transition into a Family Assistant role over time, supporting household operations
• Travel with the family and live-in at each location for several months at a time

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and setting
• Must have long term, stellar and verifiable references
• Must be fluent in English and a great communicator
• Must be a team player and able to work with very hands-on and involved parents
