Compensation: Depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Must be flexible! 5 days, 50-60 hours a week plus domestic travel. Separate house in the property.
The position requires someone who can live in the property, full time, and can provide flexibility to the ever changing schedule of the principals.
A formal household in Alpine NJ is in search of a capable, reliable and easy going Houseman/Caretaker to join their staff.
Need someone who is full charge, self-motivated and proactive, can work independently and has initiative. Someone who can anticipate the needs of the principals, a team player and able to provide assistance to other staff when needed.
Duties and responsibilities include contacting and overseeing vendors and contractors, outdoor tasks, minor repairs, cleaning, organizing, driving, running errands, assisting the principals and working with other staff inside the home.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and setting
• Must have long term, stellar and verifiable references
• Must drive and with clean record
• Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check
