Live-In Executive Housekeeper needed in Downtown Manhattan, NY

Salary: $400-500 per day plus benefits

Residence Type: Brand-new 4-floor townhouse with rooftop and basement

Schedule: Full-time, live-in 3-4 days a week, 7 day coverage in rotation with the Houseman

Accommodation: Private live-in suite in the basement with separate garage entry, must have a place to go on days off.

Overview: A private family is looking for a warm, detail-oriented Live-In Executive Housekeeper to maintain their home and assist with daily meals. The household is semi-formal and easygoing, and the ideal candidate will have experience in high-end residences and a love for dogs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and daily upkeep of a multi-level townhouse

• Organize closets, pantries, and household supplies

• Prepare simple, healthy meals and provide food service

• Grocery shopping and kitchen inventory management

• Assist with errands and occasional pet care

• Travel with the family to the Hamptons during the summer

Key Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience working in upscale private homes

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with pet care and working around animals

• Energetic, flexible, and team-oriented

Requirements:

•          Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury homes

•          Stellar references from prior long-term employment

•          Authorized to work in the U.S.

•          Excellent housekeeping and organizational skills

•          Enjoys cooking and meal planning

•          Comfortable with small dogs and pet care
