Schedule: Live-out, 5 days on, 2 consecutive weekdays off, 40-50 hours a week minimum
Compensation: Annual salary ranges from 120K to 140K plus full benefits including 401(k)

Position Overview
A private family in Great Neck, NY is seeking a highly energetic and experienced Lead Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain exceptional standards throughout the home. This role includes hands-on housekeeping as well as supervising and training other housekeepers to ensure consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain high-level cleanliness and organization throughout the home
• Lead, supervise, and train other housekeepers; ensure all tasks meet household standards
• Oversee daily housekeeping routines and delegate tasks as needed
• Perform deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and care of fine garments and linens
• Manage household inventory and restock supplies
• Maintain organized closets, wardrobes, and storage systems
• Coordinate with other household staff to support smooth operations
• Assist with light meal prep, errands, and receiving deliveries when needed
• Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain a professional presence at all times
Qualifications
• Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly required
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and care of high-end finishes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Valid driver’s license required
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working for UHNW or high-profile household as a Lead Housekeeper
• Strong, verifiable long-term references
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to undergo an extensive background check
