Compensation

• $35–$45 per hour on payroll, depending on experience plus Full benefits package


Schedule

• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

• 8 hours per day, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Flexibility for additional hours when the family is entertaining or hosting events

• Very occasional travel to the property in the Hamptons din the summer months


Overview

A warm, fully staffed household in Great Neck, NY is seeking two experienced Housekeepers to provide seamless 7‑day coverage between them. The home centers on ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of a young adult man with moderately functional autism, and the ideal candidates will be able to integrate smoothly into a team‑oriented, respectful, caring and supportive environment. This is a long‑term role in a well‑organized home.


Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the home

• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

• Organization of closets, storage areas, and household items

• Receiving, unpacking, and putting away deliveries

• Assisting the chef with basic kitchen support (clean‑up, prep assistance, organization)

• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms

• Supporting special household projects as needed

• Working cooperatively with other household staff to maintain a smooth, respectful environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Excellent, verifiable references

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
