House/Family Assistant needed in Miami, FL ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed, and major holidays

Compensation: $30-35 per hour

A busy and dynamic family is seeking a reliable, proactive House Assistant to support daily household operations and family logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative to ensure the home runs smoothly. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and transport family members safely to and from school, activities, and appointments

• Handle errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package management

• Assist with packing and unpacking before and after family trips

• Keep household spaces tidy and organized; restock supplies as needed

• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance providers, and vendors

• Oversee household operations and maintenance during the school year, but with special emphasis during the summer months when the family will be away.

• Provide occasional childcare and babysitting support when needed

• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times (NDA required)

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish is a huge plus

• Prior experience as a personal or house assistant preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy and able to coordinate schedules and updates efficiently

• Flexible availability, including some weekends as pre-coordinated

• Trustworthy, proactive, and dependable with a can-do attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience working in similar role ensuring 5-star service.

• Stellar references from prior long-term employment

• Must be local or lives nearby

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Comfortable going through an extensive background check
